These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of this website (https://advertologie.com) as well as the purchase of products offered through it. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. The website is operated under the name Advertologie.

All items offered are original magazine pages, including advertisements, fashion editorials, or other editorial content, from vintage to contemporary publications. Each item is a collectible print sourced from its period of publication. No reproductions are sold. Items are subject to the reduced VAT rate of 4% under Art. 91.Dos.2.1º of Spanish VAT Law (Ley 37/1992).

Product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (such as color due to screen settings) may occur.

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are shipped. Accepted payment methods are indicated during the checkout process.

Prices include Spanish VAT (4%), applied under the reduced rate for printed collectible materials (Art. 91.Dos.2.1º of Ley 37/1992). For customers within the European Union, the same 4% Spanish VAT applies to all orders. Orders shipped outside the European Union are VAT-exempt, although local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.

We ship internationally to most countries. Certain destinations may be excluded due to legal, logistical, or postal restrictions.

Delivery times, costs, and any applicable customs duties or taxes may vary depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.

Given the nature of collectible items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged or different from the description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email]. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis in line with consumer protection regulations.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, products, and images of celebrities, models, photographers, illustrators, and any text appearing in the material remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on this website does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
